However, criteria vary for older blocks and complexes with a high proportion of investor-owned units. We know which lenders suit which strata scenarios.
For properties above $7.5M, some lenders cap LVR at 80%, meaning a 20% deposit is required. However, in some instances, the maximum LVR offered will be higher than 80% under an eligible LMI waiver special package. We'll find the right fit for your purchase.
